Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a group students can participate in starting in 6th grade. FBLA is an organization they can then continue to be active in all the way through high school. Students who join our JMS FBLA group participate in monthly meetings where we discuss various business topics. They also participate in service projects throughout the year and help to plan our JMS Business Career Fair. Second semester, students are able to choose if they want to compete at our State Middle Level FBLA competition. Students can take a test or participate in a performance event. Students who are successful at the State Middle Level competition, then move forward to the FBLA National competition. The yearly dues to participate in the group are $25 and includes a t-shirt and local and state dues.
